Thank you for all the answers and the intersting links. For the keyboard, they finally answered that I can use it for my soundtracks and free art licence music, but that looks to have been complicated according to the time they needed to give an answer. They had to declare that when I play the keybo...

It's almost impossible. You can try to change slightly the pitch, but that will sound unnatural. Several tries will be necessary to find something that sounds more female without to sound like a cartoon. Unlike what believe the majority of people, there isn't a so huge difference of 'tune' between m...

Evaluate instruments sounds.

Because there are copyright issues with most of the electronic instruments on the sound they generate (like my Yamaha keyboard, in the user's guide they clearly forbid to reproduce their sounds), I try to create my own sounds with the expression evaluator, to get other instruments sounds than the so...

I alreday searched for copyright-free fonts, and the problem is that few have accented letters or special signs, what is an annoyance in many cases: ï å É Œ Å « » So, meanwhile, I use my handwriting and the advantage to get always the sign I need. Then for the moment, I will divide my long text line...

Use my handwriting

Because there are copyright and licenses issues that seem to disturb my online video hoster, I try to use now my own handwriting instead of installed fonts of my computer for titling. I would know if there is an internal limit of pixels of images used inside multiquence. Example: If I scroll a text ...

I wait for some brillant sound like trumpet, which makes very regular peaks, and I see from whe...

Just to indicate that when I opened the mp3 found here http://www.auboutdufil.com/index.php?id=266 in Multiquence, Multiquence believed it to be two minutes longer than in reality. I had to open it in Goldwave and resave as wave to use it. It opened normally also in Windows Media Player, RealPlayer,...

For that, record the sound in a new separate file, process, edit and all that you want. Once you consider that your voice recording is achieved, you open the primary audio and you use edit/mix... Don't forget to readjust the peak level prior to resave, it might be clipped otherwise. It is safer to o...

zero crossing is off

hello

I needed to edit with the option "marker at zero crossing" yesterday, but it was unavailable, in the menu, the option is greyed out, so I had to find manually with the mouse. Is there a way to recover the availability of the option?

I have the last iTunes update. Golswave still opens ancient m4a files on my side. But I didn't try to open files encoded with the last version of iTunes, I recently switched to mp3 encoding for other software compatibilities problems (not related to Goldwave).

Re: Thanks!

Multiquence seemed to have inserted an image (or two or three, hard to tell) that came from *near* the end of the sequence, inserted them BEFORE the first frame. Possibly / probably a fluke. I think that it is a Windows problem, I have the same "disorder" problem when I drag several files...

It will indeed lower the quality, because any editing action means a re-encoding, and at each encoding, it seeks for harmonics to throw away.
