in addition, multiquence's help opens firefox on file///c:/program and it doesnt find the help file, I must open it manually. Maybe the path need to be "inside quote marks" or something, to take the space bar in account as a part of the path.

For a 64 kbps mp3 with only voice, 22050 Hz of sampling rate should be finer instead of 44100 Hz, for less compression artifacts. There isn't as much need of high frequencies with speech than with music, and the encoding should give a more constant reproduction. A mono 64 kbps will also be of a bett...

You can try to select a larger part, copy/paste as new (ctrl+c ; ctrl+p), and apply the filter on the copy.
Then shape the volume 0-100-0 % in the copy, copy it to the clipboard, 100-0-100% in the selection, and mix the filtered on it.

It's impossible to do when they are at the same time, because they cover both the whole frequency range, and the recording is originally monaural.

Difficult, because they probably get the same harmonic range. Maybe, try to do a copy of the track in Goldwave (CTRL+C CTRL+P), remove all the parts where you can hear the voice and keep only guitar by editing. By safety, reduce a bit the volume (to get less artifacts in next steps). Copy the result...
