Re: Newb question: Deepening My Voice
I have not found a way of just slightly deeping my voice without drastically altering the sound of the recording. You can use the Effect | Pitch selection to slightly pitch your voice down a bit. Start with the fine tune and, if not enough, use the semitone selection. Select "Preserve Tempo&qu...

Re: huge export slowdown
But then it will come to a near halt, and will take minutes to complete. I've seen the same thing, and noticed that if I turn off effects and plug-ins, it speeds through. Since I had no effects or plug-ins for the first part of the mix, I reasoned that once it hits those parts of the song, it has q...

Re: Question
Okay. I have an .mp3 with just background music. I also have an .mp3 of the background music and a couple sounds. The background music is played at the same volume on both files. Is there a way to take the music with the sounds, and subtract the background music using the other mp3, so that it will...

Re: avoiding distortion noise reduction
I have put a 30 second clip of the file at www.tltjc.org/buzzing.mp3 That's a recording I don't think you're going to be able to do much with. Your best bet is to re-record with an improved set up. But, if you must improve this one, you can try: * boost volume * filter based on clipboard selection ...

Re: recording several inputs at once
I'll consider this the final word on the matter, unless the gentleman from Oklahoma finds otherwise. Well, it took more than a couple of weeks (sorry), but I've got a nice bit of news... It does recognize the different inputs on the the Delta1010 (and, I would suppose, on the LT) as unique inputs w...

Correct. Re-sampling at a higher rate will not improve the quality.Stoeptegel wrote:If im right it won't improve quality so?

have you used this card or one like it in conjunction with multiquence? or seen it used by someone else to record several ins simultaneously? I can appreciate wanting to be sure. I've got a system with Multiquence, and another system running 2 Delta1010's (not LT's, but close enough). I'll temporar...

Re: recording several inputs at once
If I was using mulitquence with a PCI card like an MAudio Delta 1010LT, would I be able to select between mulitple "ins" on the card via the DEVICE button on the sound recorder window? or would I be limited to just selecting among my available cards, one recording section per available so...

Re: Product eval - can Goldwave do this?
Secondly, once I have edited the files of choice, I want to concatenate all the files into 1 file. I’m not sure if I can perhaps use a copy/paste method in Goldwave, or need the companion product Multiquence Mixer for this effort. Actually, you don't need either to get this second requirement. See ...

Actually running GoldWave Inc. and developing the software is my day (and night :)) job. Man, I thought you were coming home after a hard day at work and cranking out killer code all night while taking care of customers! Good for us (and for your health) that you're full-timing!!! A major Multiquen...
