EEFFACE Error

I've been working with Chris on this problem thought I might checkout the forum and see if any one else has had this problem. I was using GW and it stopped after about 1hr 10 min of recording and displayed this error message. Now whenever I try to record it pops up. I've deleted the program and reinstalled it, no help. I rolled back to v5.10 with the same result. Using v5.10 it display C++ Error. I had an old copy of v4.26 that works just fine. OS win XP home.
