I'm sure it was difficult to reconfigure Goldwave for VST plug-in compatibility, but I sure am enjoying messing with different freeware EQ's, compressor/limiters, etc. available and have a better appreciation for the capabilities of the standard effects that Goldwave comes with. I may have gotten the same result with them had I known how to configure them.
This has forced me to learn more about mixing and I seem to be producing a better sound. There are some plug-ins that have problems, but some work great. I have found a stereo EQ to be very helpful. Also some squishy compressor/limitors add a nice effect. Thanks again.
