After upgrading to the latest drivers for my sound card (Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround Pro) I get the following error message: Invalid floating point operation. 0x00452C2B. Module: GoldWave.exe
My first thought is that there something in Creative's Sound Blaster drivers at fault, and have a query in to them. But on the off chance that another GoldWave user has run into the same problem and has a solution . . .

Floating point error
Re: Floating point error
Try this:
- make sure GoldWave is closed
- from the Windows "Start" button choose All Programs > GoldWave > GoldWave Setup
- in the GoldWave Setup Options dialog, put a check-mark in the box for "Ignore floating point errors"
- click the "OK" button and GoldWave should open
See if that helps.
