When using a 192kHz sampling rate, you have to increase the FFT size to increase the resolution of the Spectrum Filter. With a size of 11 you have 1024 frequencies spread across 96000 Hz, which gives the 93 Hz cutoff you mentioned.
If you are interested in frequencies below 93Hz, then either a lower sampling rate must be used or the FFT size must be increased. There is no way around the mathematics. Generally echo isn't a problem with the Spectrum Filter (there is no temporal modification).
