This reference to the newly named Elapsed marker http://i.imgur.com/LmFNj96.png still says playback.
Likewise in the manual here http://i.imgur.com/3OnkYb9.png .

"Playback" marker is correct. Note that "Elapsed" in the Move ... To Elapsed menu items refers to either the current elapsed playback time or the current elapsed recording time (if recording is active).
