about the 32bit ,there is goldwave 5.70
but there is no way to update the encoder right?
i guess only lame could be updated
the other dll and pig files update are not available
i know 5.70 is no more updated and 6.x in the new version ,but for old pc that run w7 or even xp 32bit?

In theory you can replace the libFLAC.dll, libogg-0.dll, libopus-0.dll, libopusfile-0.dll, and libvorbis.dll file with the latest versions available to update the FLAC, Vorbis, and Opus encoders used by GoldWave v5.70. Those may be available from Xiph.org.

i haven't found @ Xiph.org , there are no dll to download,might you please check it?
about lame i found rarewares.org

It seems that the DLLs for the latest updates are not provided by Xiph.org anymore, but rarewares.org has most of them. Use caution when downloading from unofficial sites.
