may i have a spectrum full windows in the control panel?

in the screenshot , i got it on the left side , and blank on the right side

i would like to have only a spectrum , not slippeted , can i do?
i tried to use the option without luck

in short i would like to have a big spectrum window

When I display my Control Panel, I do not make it part of the menu bars. Separate the Control Panel from your menu bar, and you will find the "Standard Window" Maximize, Minimize, and exit controls in the upper right-hand corner. You can then make the control Panel fill your whole screen.

but i would like to have the spectrum that fill my screen , i know i can maximize the control panel, but there is the left and right panel they are slip , i would like to 1 panel and not 2 , only the spectrum ,can i have it ?

Not by using GoldWave. But, you could download this piece of image editing software (FREE).
