Help!How to find out the reversed audio file in PC?

Hello!
I downloaded a song(it is .wav file)and have reversed it.But I can't found out the reversed song in PC!I thought maybe it was be saved in C disk,but I found out nothing in C disk.
I hope I can obtain some suggestions.

I'm not sure I understand the question. To reverse a file, you'd need to use the Effect | Reverse command, then save the file. Using the rewind button on the Control would only play the file backwards, but not modify it.
