I'm new to doing anything with videos, having only one previous experience on a Microsoft product. I've made a short video for a Kickstarter project and have uploaded it. However, the image that is previewed is not the one I want. I can find no way to select the image I want to show up instead, nor can I find anything in the help files or forum to point me to what the correct term for that image would be to improve my chances of answering the question on my own. I just downloaded the newest version to see if it might be there and still don't see anything.
So, how do I make the first image that I have on Track 1 of the file the image that turns up when people see the video embedded on Kickstarter, YouTube, our website, etc. before they choose to play it?
Thank you for reading the question. I hope someone can help me.

If you are posting the video on YouTube, you should be able to change the thumbnail for the video. A basic user can select one of three thumbnails, usually to the right of the video when you edit the "Info and Settings" in YouTube.
