Mpeg1 mpeg2

Post by aadvark »

There are no methods to save to Mpeg1 and mpeg2 formats. Is there a roundabout way to achieve this without any loss in quality?

Video compression usually involves some loss of quality. If the project is not too big, you can save it in uncompressed RGB format, then use a program like TMPGENC to convert the AVI video to MPEG1 format. For a large project, saving in a compressed format is necessary before converting it. Install DivX to get the best compression.
