Hi,

Can anyone helpme for vocal mixing with instrumental song. Before mixing I am converting both mp3 songs into pcm format(sterio,16bit,44100samplerate) then mixing both with same format and converting back into mp3 format. But I am getting static over vocal after mixing. Please let me know, is their any other best format to encode both songs before mixing.

Make sure there is no static in the voice before mixing and that volumes of both the voice and music files have been maximized (with the Maximize Volume effect) so that you can hear any static that might be in the original files.

When saving as MP3, select a higher bitrate in the attributes list, such as 192kbps, to ensure good quality.
