I have some public meetings to first display on the monitor in Realplayer, capture into an .AVI or an .MOV, and then edit via Multiquence.

Since I see on one of the posts that Multiquence does not yet capture on-screen streaming video, could you recommend something that does?

Try Capture Solution. Very flexible, does a great job. Good luck with the badly-translated-from-Korean docs.
