Can this be done with MultiQuence, please?

Post by polegateman »

Hi all,
I'm currently creating work in midi using cubasis and using Goldwave to save the output to WAV file and then MP3. I am finding the effects are good but am looking to apply echo to certain midi parts only, not all of them. If I were to create a single midi file but then use Goldwave to create WAV files for each part or maybe groups of them, could I then put all these files into MultiQuence and accurately line them up so they start at exactly the same time? Does MultiQuence offer this degree of adjustment please?
Many thanks,
Polegateman.

I'd apply the differing echo params within Cubase, before exporting & recording your MIDI file into Goldwave.

You can add the files into separate tracks in Multiquence and align them all to start at exactly the same time. Echo effects can be applied independently to each file/section.

Thank you very much, I shall order Multiquence. Goldwave has been an absolute boon so I look forward to using MQ. :D
