All I can say is that I've done lots of track editing with GW for probably 20 yrs, on and off, and never had an issue with Undo; it's been consistent and reliable. There is a "batch process > paste" option, but, I've never tried it myself, so I don't know how effective it is.

Are you trying to get genuine stereo or just dual mono? Getting genuine stereo from a mono file would first involve something called "stem separation," and Goldwave can't do that.

Sounds like a pretty complicated process for a "quick script."
Have you worked with scripts before? My guess is that the answer to your posted question is, "No," and you'll have to start from scratch.

What version of Goldwave are you using? Don't know what kind of "suggestions" you have in mind. I just assume the toolbar options are the limit. If there are no other explicit options given in the manual, you're probably out of luck.

First of all, you need a video editor, and GoldWave isn't a video editor.

Your configuration is the same as mine, so far as it goes. I've never had a problem like yours. Possibly a graphics driver issue?

Goldwave version? OS version?

Maybe reformat the mono file to dual-mono, so it's treated like a stereo file?

I always just check out what's on sale at Best Buy.
