Re: esy feature resquest : remember last opened path

I'll check into it. Using the "Send To" feature in Windows Explorer may bypass the folder setting. not really, i also try to open a file from the menu feature. i think the fact that i did not alter/saved the file in the same session, goldwave may not save the path. or the add file feature...

Re: esy feature resquest : remember last opened path

You can try one of the other settings under Options | Storage . my option is set on "use current file's folder (or last folder if no fiels opened) and it does not work. from windows explorer, i select an .wav file to open it in Goldwave (to know i can maximize the volume). then i close it (wit...

esy feature resquest : remember last opened path

hi, i notive Goldwave can't remember the last opened path where the file was. it would a gain of time if it could automatiquely reopen the same path when the window dialog opens again.... have a great day.... and a happy new year, i wish goldwave and its main developer the best for 2018. Re: is there a way to select a cue part by keyboard or 1clic

i stil lthink a single click on a little icone above the graph would be the better solution (and visible too). just under the tool bar and above the graph, there is a unexploited area to place icone or clickable controls between cues points. Even, the cue names or numbers of track could be written t...

Re: is there a way to select a cue part by keyboard or 1clic

in fact my curiosity pushed me to right-click in the zone between the 2 triangles cue, and there is a option to "select between the cues",

so now, i have only 2 clicks which is pretty good !

is there a way to select a cue part by keyboard or 1click ?

Re: APE files with GW 6.xx

yep, that is on of the two reason why i have gw 5.70 32bits and also the 6.x 64bits both installed on the system :

- need tu support for APE
- and gw5.70 manage to open/extract the sound (5.1 ac3) from a mkv file whereas 6.x can't.

Re: is there a way to cut a file without re-encode it?

soemtimes, you have a hidden track with a big silence before, so maybe there is a way to cut a file "properly" without decode and without add a error-code in the mp3.

is there a way to cut a file without re-encode it?

hi,

sometimes, i need to cut/split a mp3 file in VBR.
each time i do that, goldwave rencode it, so i guess i loose again some quality due to multiple decode-recode of the original track.

is there a way to cut/split a mp3 file without rencode it using goldwave ?
