thx!

all i did was put the goldwave into my memory stick and move it to my new comp. When i did, i had to reinstall the number i got when i bought it..but the mp3 converter didnt make it..
so now i need to put the dll into the gw dir.

sounds good.

when i changed computers, i brought my GW over but now it doesnt have the Lame mp3 converter in it for some reason. So i went and downlaoded it and now it is a separate function. How can i install it within GW so i can save in MP3 again?

i love GW and i purchased it. The price is quite the bargain. I have foiund that you can manipulate the presets as they usually show the varuious settings when you preview it. You can change those settings as u like. I havent really learned how to use many of the features though..im wondering if hte...

moving to another computer...

...and i have no idea how to reinstall and have no idea what the freaking code was..so now its back to the damn trial mode..I bought the whole package for the audio GW, so i should be able to move it to another workstation.

is there any way to solve this?

reading up on it seemed to suggest i had to reconfigure volume chains or something..im thinking that means redo projects already under way for v5.10...i also heard about bugs or some sort...

i would love to have the ability to create and record in 5.1. i like to create musical/sound effect tracks and having the space of a full room with 5 channels to mix to and manipulate would be stellar..

whan can i expect this from Goldwave?

also, until then, is there any tricks to simulate this?

funny enough, i had this problem sort of..i would cut or copy the portion of a file i wanted to save and open a new blank file to put it in. then i wondered why all my files were 74mb long for maybe a 30 second or one minute file? finally, irealized that when i create a new blank file, it first asks...

can i use the graphs or the 'animative' meters to show me different souneds w/in a file? if so, can i isolate them and manipulate them as well? once you mix two sounds and save, it seems to become one wave, or picture.. How would i go about taking my cassettes and getting them on my PC using goldwave and saving them as digital files which i can manipulate, etc?
