No, it doesn't. If you have some AAC, you can burn CD's from them with iTunes.exe and rip the CD to Wave files.

Or play them and record them "live" in real time with Goldwave. This would save the burning process.

Try searching on Google for a DirectShow AAC filter for Windows Media Player. That may allow GoldWave to open some AAC files.
