Saw The movie - Voice effect - Help me

Hi,
Have you seen Saw (the movie)? I must edit some vocal files for TomTom Go. I want to know if possible with goldwave to obtain voice effect as the movie "Saw".

Explain me step by step

People here are very helpful, but you're not telling us much...also, you're assuming everyone knows the sound you're talking about. Lots of us have not seen "Saw". (I'm not going to see it, either....the last thing this world needs is more examples of sadistic brutality, let alone a "how-to" movie series.)
