I'm running the current version of Gold Wave on a Vista machine. Each time I try to set up a batch process to convert a group of files from .wav to .mp3, it ceases responding. Any idea why?

Make sure you have the latest version of GoldWave installed. Also try selecting different MP3 attributes to see if that makes any difference.
