Incorrect User ID or License
Paid for a life time license. Got the license code. Registered on the form. I can not register my Goldware version 6.55 I get Incorrect user id or license. Uninstalled, downloaded new version 6.55 of Goldwave. No luck Contacted Chris(?) and customer support no reply. Can I get some assistance with this issue??

Just a warning that Chris doesn't seem to visit the forum everyday so you may have to wait a bit.

it appears I was sent a VideoMeld license and not a GoldWave license. I have asked Chris to send me a GoldWave license. Hopefully soon, I have a backlog of recording to do
