So I find myself changing a lot of audio data from one format to another (normally changing bit rates, sometimes bit and sample rates)
Is there a way to set GW up to "batch Save As" ?
I normally just select the file, load it up in GW, go up and "Save As" then "Set Attributes" to my Custom setting I made.. but having to repeat this 100+ times is very time consuming.
I've used the batch processing before to reduce loudness levels and such, but I don't see a way to convert multiple audio files from one bit rate to another inside it.
Possible to have a batch "save as" function?

The "Convert" tab in GoldWave's Batch Processing window allows you to specify any file type or attributes to use. It supports only one output format at a time, but you can create many presets for quickly converting to other formats. If you are familiar with command line tools, you can create a script to run GoldWave to convert one file to many different formats using the presets you've created.
